I just arrived in Portugal after a month in France learning French. I'll be here for a month or two and would like to meet people who speak French. I'd love to get some coffee or dinner and chat in French. I'm not quite fluent, but I'm getting there. I'm currently living in Estoril, near Lisboa, and can travel by train into the city or any other place to meet. Let me know if you are interested.

BTW, I am also a Reiki practicioner, teach classes on Astral Travel, Sacred Geometry, Marketing your personal business and work with people individually on their spiritual growth. Feel free to call on me if you would like more information.

Cool neighborhoods in Lisbon?

I am thinking of moving to Lisbon with my boyfriend (who was born there, but hasn't lived there since he was a kid). We are both yoga instructors, and wondering if yoga in Lisbon is becoming popular, and if so, are there any cool neighborhoods in particular in Lisbon which have yoga studios, cool alternative people, and maybe even organic health food stores-? Are there health food stores in Lisbon? And what is your favorite neighborhood & why?
Any answers & recommendations whould be appreciated! Thanks!!

This will be my first trip to Lisbon. I don't have any friends who've been other than for a day on business. Anyone have any insight on what the must do's are for a week in Lisbon? Where is the most interesting part of the city to stay in..(with a modest, working person's budget) Where are the bohemian artsy fartsy spots, where is the best food, wine, etc. What exhibit can't be missed?...etc. etc. etc. I want to know what I can't find in the books...Can anyone help?
